Buy the A4 editionThe Elder Care Command Binder is a 31-page printable organizer for medications, appointments, contacts, legal papers and the family sharing the load.

These are the real pages, shown in A4. Choose a chapter, then click through.

Showing 26 of 31 pages. The rest are the second copies of the prep sheet and health log, two notes pages and the license page.
The Emergency Sheet puts conditions, allergies, medications, contacts and your wishes on one page. Keep a copy on the fridge and one in your bag.
No app, no subscription, no battery. Print it once, then siblings, aides and neighbors can find what they need in seconds.
The binder asks only for the last four digits of account numbers, and for where the full details are kept. A misplaced folder never exposes a password or a Social Security number.
A little structure now saves hours later.
Use a home printer or a copy shop. Hole-punch the pages and file them in a 1.5-inch binder with tab dividers.
Start with page 3. Make two copies: one for the fridge, one for your bag or car.
These are the pages you will open most. Write in pencil and update after every appointment.
Use the roles and weekly coverage pages to split the work fairly, before anyone feels stretched.
Anyone who is keeping track of another person’s care, usually on top of everything else.
You are juggling work, your own family and a parent’s appointments. The binder keeps what you learn in one place, so you are not starting from scratch at every phone call.
You know the routines by heart, but someone else may need to step in one day. The binder writes it all down so that they can.
Family roles, weekly coverage and a meeting planner help you divide the work fairly and keep everyone on the same page.
Both editions contain the same 31 pages. Only the page size differs, so pick the one your printer uses.

Choose the size your printer uses. A4 (210 × 297 mm) is standard across Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) is standard in the United States and Canada. The content is identical.
One PDF of 31 pages in the size you choose. Print it at home or at a copy shop, and print extra copies of any page whenever you need them.
It is designed to be filled in by hand, ideally in pencil so entries are easy to update. The pages are not fillable forms, but you can print a fresh copy of any page when one fills up.
Nearly every page does: medications, contacts, appointments, daily care, home and family pages work anywhere. The insurance pages, the legal checklist and the Helpful Resources page mention US programs and helplines such as Medicare and the Eldercare Locator, and leave space for your own local numbers.
If you have not printed it yet, email support@clearpage.online within 7 days of purchase and we will swap it for the other edition at no charge. See the refund policy for the full details.
It includes prompts for it: notes for emergency responders on memory and communication, a wandering and memory section in the home safety checklist, and a reminder to tell hospital staff about dementia and delirium risk. It is an organizer, not a care program.
