This policy explains what information ClearPage (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit this website or buy The Elder Care Command Binder. We keep it to the minimum needed to sell and deliver a digital product.

1. Information we receive

• Order information. When you buy, our payment provider Creem collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver the product and provide support. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
• Technical data. Like any website, the server that hosts this site (GitHub Pages) may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not require an account.

2. Information in your binder

You fill in the binder on paper. Anything you write in it, including health details, stays with you. We never receive, collect or store it.

3. How we use information

• to process your order and deliver your download;
• to answer questions and provide support, including refund requests;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who else handles your information

• Creem processes payments, taxes and order records. Its handling of your data is covered by its own privacy policy.
• GitHub Pages hosts this website.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site, which means your browser requests them from Google’s servers.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set its own cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first. Third parties such as our payment provider may use cookies at checkout, as described in their policies.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide support and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email support@clearpage.online. Some records, such as payment records held by Creem, may need to be kept by law.

8. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We rely on reputable providers for hosting and payments and keep the information we hold to a minimum. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
