These terms apply to your use of this website and your purchase of The Elder Care Command Binder (the “Product”) from ClearPage (“we”, “us”). By buying or downloading the Product, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
The Product is a digital, printable PDF organizer of 31 pages, sold in two editions (A4 and US Letter) with the same content. No physical item is shipped. You receive a download link after payment.
2. Orders and payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem, which handles checkout, payment details and any applicable sales tax or VAT. Prices are shown on this website next to each edition. We do not see or store your full card details.
3. Delivery
Delivery is digital and normally immediate after payment. If you do not receive your download, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@clearpage.online and we will resend it.
4. Refund policy for digital downloads
Because the Product is a digital download that cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.
We do make exceptions, and will refund or replace your order, if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and:
- the file is corrupted, cannot be opened or is missing pages, and we cannot fix it;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you bought the wrong paper size by mistake and have not printed it. We will swap it for the other edition at no charge.
To request a refund or exchange, email support@clearpage.online with the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
5. License and permitted use
The Product is licensed to you, not sold. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to:
- download and store the file for your own use;
- print as many copies as you need for your own family and caregiving.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or publish the file or any part of it, include it in another product or template, or claim it as your own. The content, layout and design remain our property and are protected by copyright. We may end your license if these terms are broken.
6. Not professional advice
The Product is an organizational tool. It is not medical, legal, financial or insurance advice and does not replace professional guidance. Always consult qualified professionals about health conditions, medications, legal documents and financial decisions. Laws and benefits vary by location. Phone numbers and websites in the Product were accurate at the time of creation but may change. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
7. Your information in the binder
You fill in the binder by hand. We never receive what you write in it. We recommend writing only the last four digits of account numbers and never passwords or PINs. Keeping your printed binder safe is your responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
The Product and this website are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
